long ass post. enjoy!!
Wow it sure has been awhile since my last post.
Well nothing much has happened over the past two years.
Let me just summarize in short how did those two years pass by (sounds like its so long ago, but its not...)
and it is kind of funny to see how i wrote back then LOL
soooooo, 2013? got into uitm for foundation
and trust me, if i were to be asked when was the worst time of my life out of my 20 years of living,
yeap having to do foundation in uitm was the s**ttiest! (ESPECIALLY DURING THE STUPID ORIENTATION!!!!!)
I actually got an offer to do foundation in medicine in IIUM Pj but, i didnt want to do a 2-year foundation. and i also wanted to be together with Irwani (my ultimately gedik and mengada bestfriend)
And frankly speaking, I wouldnt have survived in uitm for a year(less actually) if its not because of this girl hehehe. And dated an ass until early of 2014.
I didnt do much after foundation ended. Spent whole lot of time with Namira (my amazingly annoying bestfriend) cause she was going thru a breakup like me too HAHAHAHA
We went to Perhentian together with my other college best friend, Syaida. It was indeed a great time except when i had to talk to myself cause they both didnt talk that much.
Hmmmm what else? Thinking...................
Well nothing much i guess? We went to Penang before Ramadan started and happened to bump into the ass i dated. No idea why of all places, Penang?
Dont even know why i have to mention about him...... :|
But yeah, went to Makkah for Umrah with my dad during fasting month. and it was during the last 10 days. cant tell u how crowded the place was but it was really realy crowded. most of the time, i had to go to the mosque like 3 hours before prayers because it would be full by then.
I liked it there, i liked myself when i was there cause i was super patient with everyone, with the crowd with the hot weather. Partly, because it is Makkah, a holy place. A place where u find peace. A place u fully submit yourself to God.
And it was really such an honor to get to be there for the last 10 days of Ramadan. Thanks to my dad, who made that happened. Oh, and i was really independent there cause it was only me and my dad.
And my dad was sick. so i basically went to the mosque alone every day and bought my own food for buka sometimes after maghrib or tarawih. plus females and males must be separated anyway, in the mosque. so yeah. but the hotel wasnt even a mile away hahaha so.......there goes my independency. lol
ok, so in september, i started doing medicine in Perdana University, a place which im not really fond of now. but ok....for the sake of just finishing med school and being a GOOD doctor, lets just try to adapt.
In the first year, there were quite a few dramas (which all were created by ME) hehe
but lets just say, im a changed person now. i dont really do dramas (cehhhhh)
BUT IM STILL A BIT EMOTIONAL NOW (ill explain later why)
Went to Singapore in early January with my songel bestfriend who I cant live without, Syakira(well she cant live without me too) and my all-time fav listener, Trisyia!!!! It was a nice getaway before 2nd semester started. And also my last holiday w Syakira :'(
I went to Bali right after my summatives exam!(there will be a post about only Bali soon i promise hahahah)
(OH ONE GOOD THING ABOUT MY UNI THAT I REALLY LIKE, is that we get summer breaks which is about 2-3 months? because were following the irish calendar so yeah)
ok after bali, i created some dramas again....... (well i was born a drama queen) (what to do...)
well actually, not that i wanted dramas, but couldnt help myself from being emotional & dramatic!!
and i spent my 2 months of summer break working in a montessori kindergarten, The Children's House. And the branch that i was working at, they have a day care there.
so i learned how to wash kids' poo (disgusting i know)
but spending the days with the kids was really fun! its like no matter how tired i was, and no matter how bad the day was, i could still be happy cause they really made my day!
it was such an experience working over there.
So, one month before my 2nd year started, i went to Vietnam with two of my girlfriends, Irwani and Trisyia. Ha long bay was REALLY NICE.
and i will definitely go back to Vietnam. I love the people and the place itself.
and it is also a good place to start backpacking cause they have all your needs!
Our hostel was just 28rm per night but it was really nice and cosy and worth every buck!
But i really regret not going to Sapa but its ok cause i have more reasons to visit Vietnam again now.
Met a few friends there. One girl from the UK, two ladies from Greece.
We also met a really nice couple, one from the US and another one from the UK, but the girl is staying in Korea. What a long distance relationship....wonder how they do it.
Also saw a british guy who looks like Chet Faker. Oh and theres a guy who looks like Leonardo,
he came approached us and told us he was surprised we could speak good english. (LIKE DUDE DUHHHHH) hahahaha but yeah actually we got "hey u speak really good english" "wow u speak english?" A LOT. i tell u, really, a lot. Proud but pissed at the same time cause it kind of seemed like they underestimated us. but anyway, yeap thats all basically.
OH NOT TO FORGET ABOUT MY DIVING LICENSE!
my bucketlist was to get my open water license before i turned 20, and i did!
thanks to my brothers and their friends. and MY DAD especially, the biggest sponsor (both physically and financially). my first fun dive with my brothers was fun! Also met a new friend named Lisa from Vienna. We got along really well! Took her to our family gathering during Raya Haji celebration. (one thing i really love about my family is that i wont have to worry leaving my friend alone in a family gathering cause....my family members are such entertainers, especially the aunts!) (well it runs in the Nordins blood hehehe)
Cant wait to meet her in Vienna this December!!!!
Soooooo, my next bucketlist is to get a boyfriend who dives too :p (ececehhhh) (like ill ever get one) (but i hope ill get one) (cause i dont want to be single my whole life)
