what has the world become?
ok where to start....hmm
the day i heard about the news in Paris, i was both terrified and disappointed to see what the world has turned into. also disappointed by how the world can be just fine with major killing in Syria and Palestine which takes place almost everyday but be super annoyed and angry with the attacks in Paris that took place for a night.
im not saying those in Paris dont deserve our attention and prayers. i just kinda wish Syria and Palestine would get this kind of reaction from the whole world when they got bombed the first time (or maybe everyday). and why are all the blames on Muslims? why were they trying so hard to prove that Muslims are behind all of the attacks? its just sad....
In the Holy Al-Quran itself, Allah has particularly mentioned a lot of times about killing one another.
One of them is this, a paragraph from Al-Ma'idah, which i had come across a few days after the attack.
"Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel: that whoever kills a person-unless it is for murder or corruption on earth-it is as if he killed the whole of mankind; and whoever saves it, it is as if he saved the whole of mankind. Our messengers came to them with clarifications, but even after that, many of them continue to commit excesses in the land." (5:32)
Even if those who committed the killing were really Muslims, they are those who definitely have strayed too far from God and not understanding what Islam really is.
Nevertheless, my constant prayers go for all whose innocent lives were taken away just like that, for those who have their families and friends involved, for those who live in fear every minute of the day.
And for all you inhumane people who started all of this, may God guide you to the right path one fine day.
